Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. With a fork, poke holes in the bottom of pie crusts. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes. Mix eggs with the dry mix and pour into baked pie shells. Place back in the oven for 20 - 30 minutes to finish baking.
