Additional Ingredients: 1 C Canola Oil, 3 large Eggs, 1 Can (15oz) Pumpkin Puree

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine oil and eggs and beat well. Add the dry ingredients and stir well. Add the pumpkin puree and blend well.

Transfer to a well-greased Bundt pan and bake for 60 - 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack. Remove pan and cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar.
