This is one of the best coffee cakes around. So moist and a wonderful treat for any brunch and/or breakfast. Makes one Bundt or 9×13 pan.


Additional Ingredients: 1 Cup Butter, 1 Cup Sour Cream, 2 Eggs, 1/2 tsp Vanilla


Directions: Cream butter, eggs and dry mix together. Fold in the sour cream and vanilla. Spoon half the batter into a greased pan of your choice, cover with half the middle mixtures (enclosed) then add remaining batter than mixture, bake at 350 for until golden/done. Pan sizes vary baking times (Bundt = 55 minutes) Ingredients: Sugar, Flour, Salt, baking powder - Middle Mixture:  Pecans (Optional), Brown Sugar, Flour, Cinnamon
