Grandma's Ranch Garlic Potatoes

A great side dish that starts in the crock pot.  Can add bacon for an additional flavor option. 

Additional Ingredients: 2 lbs Red Potatoes (sliced), 8 oz Cream Cheese, 1 can Cream of Potato Soup

Directions: Spray Slower Cooker (can check comparable Instant Pot directions)

In a small bowl blend together cream cheese, soup and then stir in potatoes.

Add mixture to the crock pot and cook on low 6 - 8 hours or until potatoes are fork tender.

Can add bacon as an additional way to enjoy this side dish.
