Midwest Joes

This is a great combination of flavors that is very different than what you are possibly use to eating. Simple to make and so delicious. Directions: Brown 1 pound ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.  Drain excess grease. Add Midwest Joe Seasoning Mix, ½ cup water, 1 ½ oz tomato paste and 1 cup tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Sauce will thicken as it sits. Serve over toasted hamburger buns. Ingredients: Minced onion, Green pepper flakes, Minced garlic, salt, sugar, celery salt
