A new mix!!! This is a fun one and definitely worth a try. There are several ways you can enjoy these and they range from as simple as dusting powdered sugar over them to as detailed as adding dusted powdered sugar with a drizzle of chocolate. You can also go the traditional pancake route of butter and syrup or a cream cheese icing (recipe below).

\nAdditional Ingredients: 2 C Milk, 2 Eggs, 1 1/2 TBSP Red Food Coloring, 2 tsp Vanilla, 1/3 C Butter, melted

\nCream Cheese Icing: 6oz Cream Cheese, 1/2 tsp Vanilla, 6 TBSP Butter (softened), 1/2 C Milk (can add more if prefer a thinner drizzle), and 2 C Powdered Sugar
\nInstructions: Soften the Cream Cheese and Butter, add to a bowl with the vanilla and blend well - add the powdered sugar and then add the milk until you reach your desired thickness. Enjoy!
