Additional Ingredients: 1 egg, 1/2 C mayonnaise, 3 ripe bananas, mashed, 12 cherries (for the top of muffins)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl combine egg and mayonnaise; mix well. Add dough mixture and mashed bananas and mix well. Pour into greased muffin pan. Sprinkle with topping mixture over each muffin. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Remove from oven and top each muffin with a cherry.
