Banana Bread

Additional Ingredients: 3/4 C margarine, 1 C milk, 2 eggs, 3 ripe bananas, mashed,
1 tsp vanilla.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl combine sugar mix and margarine until creamy. Add in milk, eggs, bananas, and vanilla, blend, then incorporate the dough mixture a little at a time, blend in between until the dry mix has all been added, and beat for 3 minutes. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Check the center with a clean toothpick to know if it is done.
