Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl combine butter & cream cheese and mix well. Then blend in and mix until well mixed. Drop by teaspoon size amounts onto a cookie sheet. Add M&M candies as toppers. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until browned.
