A wonderful meal that feeds at least 6. Super simple to make as well. This is NOT Gluten-free due to a non gluten-free pasta being included.
Ingredients: Minced Garlic, Minced Onion, Chicken Bouillon, Chili Powder, Cumin, Salt, Pepper, Elbow Macaroni
Additional Ingredients: 8 oz Ground Beef, 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, 1 Can Kidney Beans, 4 Cups Water, 3/4 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions: Brown beef, drain. Add beef back to pan, add dry mix and water and stir. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce and cook until pasta is done, about 13 - 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and sprinkle with cheese.
