A Beer Bread super easy to make – simply add 12 oz beer (can be Sparkling water in its place) and melted butter over the top before baking.

Additional Ingredients: 1 (12 fluid ounce) can beer, 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x5 inch baking pan. In a bowl, add the bread mix and pour in the beer, and mix just until moistened. Transfer to the prepared baking pan. Top with the melted butter.  Bake 45 to 55 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack
