This is a wonderful cornbread that can be varied to include more spice, different flavors, etc. A terrific addition with any soup.
Additional Ingredients: ½ C Sharp Cheddar, 3 eggs, ½ C Milk, 1/3 C Sour Cream, 1 C Beer, ½ C Melted Butter Directions: Add the additional ingredients to the dry mix, blend well. Place into a 9"x13" pan, can add additional shredded cheese to top before baking). Bake at 450 for 20 - 25 minutes (until golden and done).
